rapper lil wayne was told today by a new york prison that he has to cut his dreads and if he keeps them they have to be under the legal hair line limit but what wayne can do for his 1yr sentence he can put his hair in braids anything else is not allowed!!!...lol dont belive me look it up on google!!!
